WASHINGTON, March 28 (TNSFR) -- The U.S. Department of Commerce International Trade Administration is an inquiry to determine if imports of steel wheels from Vietnam are bypassing existing trade duties on products from China.
The probe follows a request filed on Jan. 14, 2026, by Accuride Corp., Livonia, Michigan, and Maxion Wheels USA LLC, Novi, Michigan. These domestic parties allege that steel wheels finished in Vietnam using hot-rolled steel produced in China are being exported . . .
