WASHINGTON, March 28 -- The Congressional Budget Office issued the following cost estimate for the Star-Spangled Summit Act (H.R. 4684).

H.R. 4684 would direct the Secretary of Agriculture to issue a 10-year special use permit to allow a local resident or organization to place and maintain a flagpole bearing the United States flag at Kyhv Peak Lookout Point, Utah. The bill would prohibit the Secretary from charging land use or cost recovery fees for the permit.
