WASHINGTON, March 28 (TNSFR) -- The Nuclear Regulatory Commission has issued a draft environmental impact statement regarding a license application from Global Laser Enrichment LLC, Wilmington, North Carolina, to construct and operate the Paducah Laser Enrichment Facility on a 322-acre site in McCracken County, Kentucky.
