WASHINGTON, March 28 (TNSFR) -- The Federal Communications Commission Enforcement Bureau announced the debarment of Ben Klein from the federal schools and libraries universal service support mechanism, known as the E-Rate program. The three-year exclusion applies to all federal universal service support programs.
