WASHINGTON, March 27 (TNSFR) -- Several individuals and trusts have submitted an application to acquire or retain voting shares of Norton Bankshares Inc. and its subsidiary, First State Bank, both of Norton, Kansas. The filing was made under the Change in Bank Control Act, which governs the acquisition of shares in bank holding companies.
