WASHINGTON, March 27 (TNSFR) -- OpenJS Foundation, Wilmington, Delaware, has filed written notifications with the U.S. Department of Justice Antitrust Division to disclose updates to its membership. The filing, also submitted to the Federal Trade Commission, was made under the National Cooperative Research and Production Act of 1993 to maintain the venture's legal protections.

The foundation expanded its membership by adding one entity, Socket, Stanford, California.
