WASHINGTON, March 26 (TNSFR) -- Mercury Consortium Inc. filed written notifications to the U.S. Department of Justice Antitrust Division disclosing changes in its membership. These filings, filed simultaneously with the Federal Trade Commission, allow the venture to limit the recovery of antitrust plaintiffs to actual damages under specified circumstances.
