WASHINGTON, March 26 (TNSFR) -- Sand Springs, Oklahoma-based Webco Industries Inc. has officially moved to expand its operational capabilities at its Kellyville facility by filing a notification of proposed production activity within Foreign-Trade Zone (FTZ) 164.
