WASHINGTON, March 26 (TNSFR) -- Longhorn Medical Holdings Inc., Tyler, Texas, has filed an application to expand its financial footprint by becoming a bank holding company. The proposal involves the acquisition of Robert Lee Bancshares Inc. which would grant the applicant indirect control of Robert Lee State Bank, both of Texas.
