Shareholders Apply to Retain Control of New York Mills Bancshares

WASHINGTON, March 26 (TNSFR) -- Several individuals have filed an application to retain shares of New York Mills Bancshares Inc. and its subsidiary, Farmers and Merchants State Bank of New York Mills Inc., both of Minnesota. The group, consisting of Gwen Denninger, Karla Buerkle, Sara Vosper, Julie Radniecki and Betsy Roder, seeks to join the Buerkle Family Shareholder Group. This group acts in concert to maintain ownership within the financial institutions.
