ITC Finds Evidence of Injury From Mexican Strawberry Imports

WASHINGTON, March 22 (TNSFR) -- The International Trade Commission has determined there is a reasonable indication that the domestic industry is materially injured by imports of fresh winter strawberries from Mexico. This determination, reached under the Tariff Act of 1930, follows allegations that these products are being sold in the U.S. at less than fair value.
