WASHINGTON, March 21 (TNSFR) -- The International Trade Commission has issued orders barring the importation of infringing nasal devices following the conclusion of a patent investigation. ITC determined to issue a limited exclusion order and cease and desist orders against five companies found in default for violating the Tariff Act of 1930.
