WASHINGTON, March 21 (TNSFR) -- The International Trade Commission issued an order rescinding the remedial actions previously directed at international chemical entities collectively referred to as Organik Kimya. This decision involving trade secrets and opaque polymers follows a joint petition filed by the Dow Chemical Co., Midland, Michigan, and Organik Kimya to resolve a long-standing dispute.
