University of California-San Diego to Repatriate Cultural Items to Yuhaaviatam of San Manuel Nation

WASHINGTON, March 19 (TNSFR) -- The University of California San Diego campus intends to repatriate cultural items to the Yuhaaviatam of San Manuel Nation in compliance with the Native American Graves Protection and Repatriation Act. The university identified 11 unassociated funerary objects consisting of chipped stone that are culturally affiliated with the tribe.
