Tinker Swiss Cottage Museum to Repatriate Sacred Objects to Hui Iwi Kuamo'o

WASHINGTON, March 17 (TNSFR) -- The Tinker Swiss Cottage Museum, Rockford, Illinois, intends to return seven cultural items to the Hui Iwi Kuamo'o, Hilo, Hawaii, in accordance with the Native American Graves Protection and Repatriation Act. These sacred objects include a fishhook and line, shark tooth weapon, shark tooth knife, sling, kapa cloth and shell necklace.
