WASHINGTON, March 17 (TNSFR) -- The Federal Reserve System is reviewing an application from Georgia Banking Co. Inc., Atlanta, to merge with Tandem Bancorp Inc. and thereby indirectly acquire Tandem Bank, both of Tucker, Georgia.
This application was submitted pursuant to the Bank Holding Company Act of 1956 and Regulation Y to acquire the assets and ownership of the target entities.
