WASHINGTON, March 18 (TNSFR) -- The Federal Reserve System is reviewing an application from Gary Hamm and Tarah Hamm, both of Gravette, Arkansas, to acquire voting shares of Stark Bancshares Inc., Bolivar, Missouri.
