WASHINGTON, March 17 (TNSFR) -- The Gilcrease Museum, Tulsa, Oklahoma, plans to repatriate Native American human remains and a funerary object to the Quapaw Nation under the Native American Graves Protection and Repatriation Act.
The museum completed an inventory that identified the remains of at least three individuals of Native American ancestry and one funerary item, described as a vessel containing shell beads.
