WASHINGTON, March 17 (TNSFR) -- The U.S. Department of Transportation National Highway Traffic Safety Administration has denied the petition for inconsequential noncompliance from Daimler Coaches North America LLC, Fort Mill, South Carolina, regarding federal safety standards for controls and displays.
The decision affects approximately 538 Setra S407 and Setra S417 buses manufactured between May 19, 2009, and Jan. 30, 2019.
