WASHINGTON, March 13 (TNSFR) -- The U.S. Department of Justice filed a proposed consent decree with the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania to resolve a lawsuit against Rutgers Organics LLC, State College, Pennsylvania.
