WASHINGTON, March 12 -- Jeffrey Evans, president of Jeffrey S. Evans & Associates, Inc., will discuss the craftsmanship of artisan Matthew Kahle during a presentation on March 25 at Washington and Lee University. The event, hosted by the Institutional History Museum and Galleries, focuses on Kahle's work in Rockbridge County, including the creation of the Old George Washington statue carved between 1842 and 1844.
