EPA Denies Petitions for Rocky Mountain Midstream Permits

WASHINGTON, March 12 (TNSFR) -- The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency denied a petition filed by Center for Biological Diversity, Tucson, Arizona, objecting to a permit issued to Dallas, Texas-based Rocky Mountain Midstream LLC, for its four facilities in Weld County, Colorado.

The compressor stations involved in the petitions are:

* Auburn Compressor Station

* Latham Compressor Station

* Mustang Compressor Station

* West Bright . . .
