WASHINGTON, March 12 (TNSFR) -- The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency denied a petition filed by Center for Biological Diversity, Tucson, Arizona, objecting to a permit issued to Denver, Colorado-based DCP Operating Co. LP, for its three facilities in Weld County, Colorado.
