WASHINGTON, March 12 (TNSFR) -- The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency denied a petition filed by Center for Biological Diversity, Tucson, Arizona, objecting to a permit issued to Denver, Colorado-based Laramie Energy LLC, for its Conn Creek Compressor Station in Parachute, Colorado.
