WASHINGTON, March 12 (TNSFR) -- The U.S. Department of Commerce National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration has received an application for a scientific research permit aimed at improving the conservation of species protected under the Endangered Species Act. This application proposes a study to evaluate how invasive devilweed and kelp influence the performance and preference of black and red abalone.
