Bar Exam Pass Rate for 1st-Time Takers Rises in 2025

The pass rate for first-time takers of the bar exam rose more than a percentage point in 2025 compared with 2024, according to a news release from the Council of the ABA Section of Legal Education and Admissions to the Bar.
