WASHINGTON, March 11 (TNSFR) -- The Library of Congress Copyright Royalty Board issued a final rule establishing royalty rates and terms for the digital performance of sound recordings by noncommercial educational webcasters. These regulations govern the license period starting Jan. 1, 2026, and ending Dec. 31, 2030.
