WASHINGTON, March 11 (TNSFR) -- The Library of Congress Copyright Royalty Board issued a final rule governing the royalty rates and terms for digital performance of sound recordings by Educational Media Foundation, Rocklin, California. The rule covers the period from Jan. 1, 2026, through Dec. 31, 2030.

The agency adopted the terms following a settlement between Educational Media Foundation, NRB Music Licensing Committee Inc., and SoundExchange Inc.
