WASHINGTON, March 11 (TNSFR) -- The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency has proposed individual settlements with three parties to recover costs associated with a cleanup performed at the Bennett Landfill Fire Site in Chester, South Carolina. These actions are taken under the authority of the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation and Liability Act.
