WASHINGTON, March 11 -- New York City Mayor Zohran Kwame Mamdani announced during a news conference that his office will hold perpetrators accountable following an attempted act of ISIS-inspired terrorism during a weekend protest. Police Commissioner Jessica S. Tisch confirmed that two suspects from Pennsylvania are in federal custody after allegedly deploying improvised explosive devices containing triacetone triperoxide near Gracie Mansion.
