Richmond, Va. - Today, Congresswoman Jennifer McClellan (VA-04) announced the winners of the 2026 Black History Month Essay Contest: David Gaitho, a sophomore attending Brunswick High School, and Anivarth Vallem, an eighth grader attending Midlothian Middle School.
