WASHINGTON, March 5 (TNSFR) (TNSLrpt) -- The U.S. Department of Transportation Federal Highway Administration released the final report for the fourth audit of the Arizona Department of Transportation under the Surface Transportation Project Delivery Program. This program allows states to assume environmental responsibilities for review, consultation and compliance under the National Environmental Policy Act for federal-aid highway and aircraft projects.
