WASHINGTON, March 5 (TNSFR) -- The U.S. Department of Transportation Federal Highway Administration is seeking public comments on a proposal for the Ohio Department of Transportation to continue its participation in the Surface Transportation Project Delivery Program. This initiative allows the federal government to assign environmental review responsibilities for federal-aid highway projects directly to the state.
