WASHINGTON, March 5 (TNSFR) -- The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency says it will not block two Clean Air Act operating permits issued to Cleveland-Cliffs Steel LLC, Ohio. The permits, originally issued by the Indiana Department of Environmental Management, authorize operations at the Indiana Harbor integrated steel mill in East Chicago, Indiana.
