WASHINGTON, March 4 (TNSFR) -- Boeing Co., Arlington, Virginia, has petitioned the U.S. Department of Transportation Federal Aviation Administration for relief from specific flight regulations to allow pilots licensed in foreign jurisdictions to occupy required pilot seats.
