WASHINGTON, March 3 (TNSFR) -- The American Museum of Natural History, New York, is preparing to repatriate a 19th-century Hawaiian funerary smoking pipe to Hui Iwi Kuamo`o under the Native American Graves Protection and Repatriation Act.

A notice published by the National Park Service states that the museum completed an inventory of associated funerary objects and determined there is a cultural affiliation between the pipe and Hui Iwi Kuamo`o. Repatriation may occur on or after Apr . . .
