WASHINGTON, March 3 (TNSLrpt) -- USDA's Economic Research Service has issued a situation and outlook report titled 'Oil crops outlook: February 2026' (Report No. OCS-26b), authored by Maria Bukowski and Bryn Swearingen and approved by the World Agricultural Outlook Board. Released on February 12, 2026, the report projects record global soybean stocks in marketing year 2025/26 on the back of larger South American crops, while leaving U.S. soybean supply, demand and prices unchanged . . .
