WASHINGTON, Feb. 28 (TNSFR) -- The U.S. Department of Justice Antitrust Division announced that America's DataHub Consortium filed notifications to disclose changes to its membership.
The purpose of these notifications is to invoke provisions of the Act that limit the recovery of antitrust plaintiffs to actual damages. By disclosing membership updates, the venture maintains protections while engaging in group research projects. The following entities have joined the venture:
