WASHINGTON, Feb. 28 (TNSFR) -- GreatAmerica Holdings Inc., Cedar Rapids, Iowa, has applied to the Federal Reserve System to establish an edge corporation. The company seeks to establish GreatAmerica Bank International to handle these global functions.
