WASHINGTON, March 2 (TNSFR) -- GreatAmerica Holdings Inc., Cedar Rapids, Iowa, has applied to the Federal Reserve System to become a bank holding company. The company seeks approval to acquire Heritage Bank, Marion, Iowa, and merge with GreatAmerica Interim National Bank, Cedar Rapids, Iowa.
The Federal Reserve Board, the Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago, and the Freedom of Information Office have made the public portions of these filings available for inspection.
