WASHINGTON, March 2 (TNSFR) -- The U.S. Department of the Interior Fish and Wildlife Service announced a final rule to remove the northern and southern distinct population segments of the lesser prairie-chicken from the federal list of endangered and threatened wildlife. This action follows orders from the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Texas.
