MOLINE, IL -The Parent Mentor Program at Western Illinois University-Quad Cities will host its annual Parent Mentor Program Spirit Week celebration, culminating in a special event from 8:30-10:30 a.m. Friday, Feb. 27, in Room 111 on the Moline Campus.
