WASHINGTON, Feb. 25 (TNSFR) -- The Office of Personnel Management has proposed redefining the Federal Wage System area coverage for the Raven Rock Mountain Complex to ensure pay parity across the installation. The facility currently spans portions of Washington County, Maryland, and Adams County, Pennsylvania.
