WASHINGTON, Feb. 25 (TNSFR) -- The Nuclear Regulatory Commission has terminated three rulemaking activities concerning security measures for the Yucca Mountain geologic repository in Nevada as well as firearms background check authority for spent fuel storage installations.
The following items are no longer being pursued and will be removed from the Unified Agenda of Regulatory and Deregulatory Actions:
