WASHINGTON, Feb. 24 (TNSFR) -- The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency has proposed to modernize how it receives legal notices from the public. EPA wants to amend regulations to require that notices of intent (NOIs) to file a citizen suit be served electronically via the procedure identified at http://www.epa.gov/ogc rather than by physical mail.
