WASHINGTON, Feb. 23 (TNSFR) -- The University of California Los Angeles campus Fowler Museum has completed an inventory of 47 lots of associated funerary objects, establishing a cultural affiliation with the Santa Rosa Indian Community and Tejon Indian Tribe.
This notice, published by the U.S. Department of Commerce National Park Service, marks a critical step toward returning these items under the Native American Graves Protection and Repatriation Act.
