WASHINGTON, Feb. 20 (TNSFR) -- The U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs has proposed to update regulations governing State Veterans Homes. The goal of the action is to define and fund medical model adult day health care (MMADHC), a level of clinical supervision that helps veterans with complex needs stay in their communities instead of entering nursing homes.
