WASHINGTON, Feb. 20 (TNSFR) -- The U.S. Department of Commerce National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration National Marine Fisheries Service has issued a final rule and letter of authorization (LOA) to Hilcorp Alaska LLC, Cook Inlet, governing the incidental take of marine mammals over the course of 5 years.
