ITC Receives MonolithIC 3D Complaint Regarding Memory Chip Patents

WASHINGTON, Feb. 20 (TNSFR) -- The International Trade Commission has received a complaint from MonolithIC 3D Inc., Allen, Texas, alleging that several global technology firms are infringing on proprietary patents related to 3D stacking technology and fabrication methods for integrated circuits through the illegal importation and sale of NAND and DRAM memory chips.

The complaint names 10 entities as respondents, including KIOXIA Holdings Corp., Tokyo, Japan, SK Hynix Inc., Icheon, S . . .
