WASHINGTON, Feb. 20 (TNSFR) -- The Federal Reserve System is reviewing an application from Digital Asset Acquisition Corp., Princeton, New Jersey, to become a bank holding company, expanding its financial footprint.
As part of the transaction, Digital Asset Acquisition intends to acquire Old Glory Holding Co., Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.
